About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a large-scale project in Ontario. In this owner-side role, you will be responsible for supervising the planning and implementation of civil works, including site preparation, foundations, underground services, piling, and road infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee civil design and planning for site development and infrastructure
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Monitor contractor performance and construction progress
Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation in Ontario is highly desirable
10+ years of experience in large-scale civil projects
Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and permitting processes
Proven experience in owner-side project oversight
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
